I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming bed and breakfast in a lovely location. The warm welcome I received upon arrival made me feel right at home. The spacious room was perfect, with comfortable beds and a private bathroom with a good shower. I couldn't have asked for a better view of the beautiful big garden. The hotel's great location, just a short walk into town, was a big plus. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast! The homemade brown bread was a delightful touch. it was a home away from home experience that I can't wait to repeat.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

The breakfast served was delicious, with freshly baked bread and amazing flavors. the location was great, just a short walk away from the center of town and close to everything. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surroundings.
There was a bit of confusion when we first arrived, as the sign outside the property wasn't clear enough, and we ended up knocking on the wrong door. the private bathrooms were not fully equipped with toiletries, and we had to ask for some essentials.

The property offered free parking and free WiFi, which was a great help during my Christmas stay. The location was ideal for those looking for a quiet getaway, and it was surrounded by beautiful woods that were perfect for a holiday stroll. Another great aspect was that the room was well-furnished, and it offered ample space to move around.
My experience was not the best due to a few drawbacks. The first and most significant issue was that the heating system was not great, and I spent most of my stay feeling a bit cold.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast nestled in a peaceful countryside setting. This hotel offers great value for money, providing an affordable and comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with excellent facilities that made me feel right at home. The friendly and attentive staff, particularly Maura the hostess, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homecooked options made to order. I especially loved the country location, which brought a sense of tranquility to my stay.
The only small area that could be improved upon was the amount of light that crept in through the window above the room door at night. It would have been nice to have a curtain or cover to provide complete darkness.

The B&B's location may be quiet and scenic, near the Shannon and an old fort, but it's also a bit out of the way. the friendly hostess, however, more than makes up for it with her warmth and excellent cooking. Guests can enjoy free tea and scones upon arrival, while the rooms are decently spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good-sized beds and private bathrooms.
It can get a bit chilly inside, as there may not be enough centralized heating to go around, so bring extra layers just in case.
